DIET XII

 

Registering for DIET XII requires three steps:

First, download our DIET XII Conference Registration Form. located here.

Please fill out the form and use the "Submit by Email" button at the bottom of the form.

The form is in Adobe Acrobat pdf format.
Second, download our DIET XII Abstract Submission Template.

Please follow instructions on the form to indicate whether talk, or poster is desired. Then email the completed form to DIETXII@gmail.com
Microsoft Word 2003 format.
Finally, submit payment via our secure link to Georgia Tech Marketplace DIET XII Conference Secure Online Payment System.

You will receive email confirmation for payments when processed.

The fee includes all meals, breaks and refreshments, the banquet costs, and all conference facility costs.  The fee does not include room costs.

Please Note:  Registration and Abstract Deadline has been extended until March 23, 2009

Registration (on or before March 23): Regular Attendee:  $400.00 USD, Student: $300 USD

Late or onsite registration: Regular Attendee: $500.00 USD, Student: $400 USD


You will receive confirmation when your Abstract is processed.

Please remember that conference registration does NOT include hotel reservations.
