Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter
"Non-Thermal Processes on Surfaces. Dedicated to the Memory of Prof. Theodore E. Madey"

This is not a conference proceedings, but a fully peer reviewed journal issue.
The submission Deadline will be June 1, 2009 and the papers will be reviewed by the Journal via the normal peer review process.
The expected publication time frame is expected to be Dec. 2009.
