We buy ours from PCR, P.O. Box 1466, Gainesville, FL 32602, (800) 331-6313.  
You can also get it from SIS or any of the MS manufacturers.

Ours is from Fluka (800)358-5287, but I think Scientific Instrument

compounds from PCR in the past.  However, 
recently PCR was purchased by:

They retain the PCR inventory of organofluorine compounds
including PFK and Ultramarks.
